Risks - Support for Mentors

  • Volunteer mentors will receive weekly online training over the course of 5 weeks from Key4Life and have access to the mentor manual. It is vitally important you attend the training sessions, they are there to support you.
  • Volunteer mentors will be supervised by the mentor manager with regular check-ins (these can be by Teams or telephone if needed).  Check-ins will be on a monthly basis.
  • Volunteer mentor drop-in sessions.  Drop-in sessions will be held on a monthly basis, details of which will be shared in the monthly mentor newsletter along with the Teams link.
