Volunteer Mentors
- The role of the volunteer mentor is to guide and support the young men on the programme
- There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years
- The role requires a commitment of 6 months involvement for community & at-risk programmes, and 1 year involvement for our prison programmes
- The volunteer mentor is committing to providing consistent support and being available for the young men as follows:
- Weekly check-ins and monthly face-to-face meetings for our community &
at-risk programmes
- Regular contact through 'email-a-prisoner' and face-to-face meetings every
3 months for our prison programmes
