Case Workers
- Working on the ground with the young men
- Holding initial 3-way mentor meetings
- Looking after the nuts and bolts of getting the young men to work tasters/employment opportunities
- Supporting mentors on their journey with the young men
- Usually, the case workers have already come through the programme themselves

Volunteer Mentors
- Guiding and supporting the young men on the programme
- Committing to minimum 6 months involvement
- Committing to providing consistent support and being available for the young men on a weekly basis
